I’m David
I am a US Military veteran with primary background in construction/trades and building products manufacturing with significant people leadership (up to 30 blue collar crafts people) and ops management (multi shift/near 24-hr ops). I have worked with dozens of small businesses and have launched multiple entrepreneurial ventures of my own. I also add an MBA (finance concentration), 3 years of corporate experience (software sales + corporate strategy & finance) + licensed engineer, but equally at home operating a shovel as building fancy excel models. My secret sauce combines knowledge from the military, corporate USA, and small business and combines my experience across operations, finance, and strategy to bring all the necessary pieces together. I work with business leaders to identify their ideal outcomes and then build plans to develop the financial structure and operational processes necessary to achieve those outcomes.
